Membership

Any number of membership types and durations can be configured within the system and each member is then assigned to a type of membership.

Joint and corporate membership, with multiple members per account can be managed with the system.

As well as name and address details, the system has the option of storing photographs which can be printed on the membership card. A number of membership card options exist, including credit card style cards, which have the membership number encoded on a magnetic strip.

When members visit or make retail/catering purchases the detail of the visit/purchase is recorded in the membership database and can then be used for marketing and management information purposes.

Membership fees and renewals are processed through the membership system, with the ability to process discount and gift vouchers as part of the fee. On going fees can be collected via a number of methods, including cash and credit card as well as by direct debit via the member’s bank account.

Flexible mailing options allow operators to build complex mailing criteria and a paper trail for mailings is recorded against the member’s record.

Reporting, including a built-in report writer, provides detailed analysis for membership records, visit and purchase history, as well as renewal notices and reminder letters.
