Product look-up options also allow staff to enquiry on stock availability directly from the POS unit.

The back office Stock module allows retail products to be configured and categorised, with the ability to enter selling and cost price information as well as sale pricing, promotions, offers and discounts.

The stock system provides full purchase order processing capability, including order suggestions.

Stock movements such as internal usage and transfers can be entered into the system and the optional provision of hand-held stock taking devices provides a quick and easy mechanism for carrying out stock taking functions.

Full reporting such as stock valuation, sales analysis and profit reporting is included in the stock system.

When used in conjunction with the Admissions module, the retail system can immediately produce complex analysis such as average visitor spend across a range of user defined categories.
