The booking module of the LeisurePOS system is a Windowsâ based system, employing ‘drag and drop’ techniques to enter and amend booking detail. Colour coding highlights the status of each booking.
Users may operate using the diary view shown below or a more familiar Windows Explorer type view.
The booking module is suitable for all types of booking including site tours, educational groups, birthday parties and corporate events
Booking information is entered against user definable resources across flexible time frames.
Booking information can include:
- Client and contact details
- Date and time of arrival
- Adult/child split (including ages)
- Method of payment
- Resource requirements (e.g. flip chart, OHP etc.)
- Attendees
- Diary reminders
- Catering requirements and times
- Miscellaneous charges
- User defined fields
